Details: The Grenache and Syrah are the grapes responsible for this superb natural wine. The wine is aptly called 'Signature' and is their new Flagship Wine. Very reminiscent of a young Burgundy, it is full flavoured with robust fruit and a solid structure and finish. Madame Delay exercises some bio dynamic procedures during the production, which make the wine something very special. Fabulous !! This is one to think about, and it hits 14% on the ABV scale - really superb !!
